On Oct first I decided I want to be down 20 lbs by Halloween. Doing pretty well so far! First week I was down 5, so that’s right on track. I’m working my butt off this time with some muscle building exercising. I usually go for cardio, but I get so tired of that quickly. Here is a really great 10 minutes legs/bum workout that I found:
I’ve been sore after doing it every time. I do it every 3 days since I’m weak as hell and I want to get a good rest between.
Just remember, in 20 seconds, the food will be gone. The taste will be over, and all that will be left is regret. Just like last time.
Yesterday
I wanna talk about yesterday. I was at school and my friend graduated. She brought in some pizza for her graduation and I was planning on skipping because of my only fruit and veggie diet. She really pressured me into having pizza. She kept saying I needed to splurge because it’s her graduation. I decided to have some to not look like an a-hole and I am really proud because I didn’t binge on the food and I didn’t purge. It was one of my best moments with food in a long time. I feel really good about it. And it also didn’t lead into a spiral of binging once I got home. I am back on the wagon today and I feel good!
